Led by **Dariusz Myśliwiec**, IFS-ERP Consulting focuses on one clear mission: ensuring your IFS Cloud implementation is delivered on time, on budget, and fully audit-ready. We bridge the gap between abstract software capabilities and the messy reality of manufacturing and logistics.

 ## The Practice

With **18 years of hands-on experience**, our practice specializes in stabilizing volatile environments. We do not just configure software; we re-engineer processes to fit the "IFS Way" while respecting your unique business constraints.

##### Supply Chain Mastery

Deep expertise in turning tangled logistics flows into streamlined, traceable operations within IFS Cloud.

##### High-Risk Migration

Proven methodologies for consolidating multiple legacy systems into a single, clean IFS dataset.

##### Governance & Security

Designing "Audit-Ready" permission sets (RBAC) and data governance frameworks from day one.

##### End-to-End Delivery

From process analysis and solution design to technical CRIMs, training, and post-go-live support.

## Our Philosophy

> "The goal is simple: make your ERP a dependable engine for growth, not a source of risk. We focus on real outcomes, not just software."
