1. Overview of Digital Sales
Unlike physical goods, software licenses and digital downloads (such as Crystal Reports or IFS customizations) are irrevocable once activated or downloaded. 2. Eligibility for Refunds
We offer a 14-day refund window from the date of purchase, provided the following conditions are met:
- Non-Activated Licenses: The software license key has not been activated, redeemed, or registered on any server.
- Technical Failure: The software contains a critical bug that prevents it from functioning as described, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within 7 business days.
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following scenarios are exempt from refunds:
- Change of mind after the file has been downloaded or the license activated.
- Incompatibility issues where the customer did not check the "System Requirements" listed on the product page (e.g., IFS Cloud version mismatch).
- Custom development hours or consulting services once work has commenced.
